Katarzyna is a contemporary landscape artist living and working in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. She has painted the unique and mysterious industrial landscapes of South Denes and Great Yarmouth for the last 20 years. Katarazyna responds in her work to the stark architectural tapestry of the power station, geometric sheds, derelict gasometer and lamp posts which make up this landscape. Her works are often monochrome but increasingly include a whisper or more of Prussian Blue.
Originally from London, Katarzyna studied at Hornsey Art College and the then completed an MA at Manchester University.
She has exhibited widely throughout East Anglia and in London galleries. She was represented at the major exhibition Reality: Modern and Contemporary British Painting at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts in 2014 and at the Liverpool Walker Gallery in 2015.
