Vanessa Gardiner is a landscape painter working and living in West Dorset who is often drawn to the Cornish and Irish Atlantic coasts. Vanessa says the process of creation which begins with detailed drawings is as important as the beauty of the coast line which she seeks to capture. 

Following a foundation course at Oxford Polytechnic Vanessa studied at Central School of Art and Design in London. She has had many solo exhibitions throughout the UK and her work has been included in the RA Summer Exhibition between 2013 and 2016 and 2019. Her work is in a number of public collections in the UK and Ireland including The British Academy in London and the Ballinglen Museum of Contemporary Art, County Mayo Ireland.

Opening hours: Tuesday by appointment, Wednesday to Saturday 11-4pm.
We are easy to find. 5 minutes walk from Woodbridge train station (1.5 hours from London, Liverpool Street) and easily accessible by train or car from Cambridge and Norwich. Parking nearby but not directly outside the Gallery unless for loading or unloading.
